曲安奈德皮损内注射成功治疗鼻部化脓性肉芽肿一例

摘　　要：52岁女性患者,鼻部单发迅速增大的无痛性肿物2个月。皮肤科情况:右侧鼻翼可见一直径2 cm大小半球状紫红色结节,表面光滑,边界清晰,质硬。皮损组织病理改变符合化脓性肉芽肿。经2次曲安奈德皮损内注射,随访3个月皮损消退,未见复发。A 52-year-old female visited our department with a 2-month history of a single, painless, rapidly expanding mass developed on the nose. Physical examination showed that a solitary, red-purple colored, dome-shaped nodule, about 20 mm in size, involved the patient’s right nasal ala. The diagnosis of lobulated capillary haemangioma(pyogenic granuloma) was confirmed by histopathological examination. The patient was treated by 2 times of triamcinolone acetonide intralesional injection, and the lesion subsided after 3 months of follow-up without recurrence.
