摘 要:随着癌症生存结果的改善,癌症治疗后的生存和并发症越来越受到重视,特别是放射治疗对心脏功能的长期影响一直受到关注。放射治疗是胸部恶性肿瘤综合治疗的重要组成部分,尤其是乳腺癌和霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,肺、食管和其他胸部肿瘤患者亦是如此。尽管放射治疗技术的进步显著提高了肿瘤患者长期生存率,但放疗所致心脏疾病(RIHD)仍然是癌症患者死亡的常见原因。本文将对胸部放疗所致心脏疾病的危险因素、病理生理机制、临床分型、预防和治疗的研究现状进行综述。With the improvement of cancer survival outcomes,more attention has been paid to the long-term survival and morbidity after cancer treatment,especially the long-term effects of radiotherapy on cardiac function.Radiation therapy is an important component of the comprehensive treatment of thoracic malignancies,especially breast cancer and Hodgkin's lymphoma,as well as lung,esophageal and other thoracic tumors.Despite advances in radiotherapy techniques that have significantly improved long-term survival,radiotherapy-induced heart disease(RIHD)remains a common cause of morbidity and mortality among cancer survivors.In this paper,the risk factors,pathophysiological mechanism,clinical classification,prevention and treatment of heart injury caused by chest radiotherapy are reviewed.
