摘　　要：目的回顾性分析23例透明细胞汗腺瘤高频超声表现,总结该病声像图特征。方法选取23例在我院经手术病理证实为透明细胞汗腺瘤的病例,术前均行高频超声检查,总结分析其声像图特征。结果23例病灶均为皮下单发病灶,声像图表现分三型:Ⅰ型:囊实混合型(10/23,44%);Ⅱ型:实性肿块型(6/23,26%);Ⅲ型:厚壁囊肿型(7/23,30%)。结论透明细胞汗腺瘤各型声像图表现具有一定特征性,术前超声检查有助于诊断。Objective To retrospectively analyze the sonographic features of 23 cases of clear cell hidradenoma.Methods Twenty-three cases of clear cell sweat adenoma confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital were selected.All cases were examined by high frequency ultrasound before operation,and the sonographic features were summarized and analyzed.Results Twenty-three cases of lesions were single subcutaneous lesions,sonographic manifestations were divided into three types:typeⅠ:mixed cystic and solid type(10/23,44%);typeⅡ:solid mass type(6/23,26%);typeⅢ:thick walled cyst type(7/23,30%).Conclusion the sonographic features of clear cell hidradenoma are characteristic,and preoperative ultrasonography is helpful for the diagnosis.
