摘 要:肿瘤异质性是肿瘤个体化治疗必须面对的难题,活体、有创性获取肿瘤异质性指标有其局限和不足。正电子发射断层扫描(PET)成像通过非侵入方式实现活体肿瘤异质性的精细表征,可以通过探索(^(18) F-FDG)示踪剂的异质分布和摄取来有效地评估肿瘤异质性并反映其生物学特点。本文就PET/CT糖代谢显像在肿瘤异质性中的应用进行综述。Tumor heterogeneity is a difficult problem for individualized tumoral treatment.Acquisition from tumor in vivo and invasive has its limitations and disadvantage.Positron emission tomography(PET)imaging explain the heterogeneity of living tumors in a non-invasive manner.Tumor heterogeneity and its biological characteristics can be effectively assessed and reflected by the heterogeneous distribution of(^(18) F-FDG)tracers.This paper is a review of application of PET/CT glucose metabolism imaging in tumor heterogeneity.
