摘 要:目的建立GC-MS测定西洋参中腐霉利的方法。方法西洋参药材经提取并用QuEChERS法净化,进入气相色谱串联质谱仪,经外标曲线法定量,测定药材中腐霉利的含量。结果在0.5~10μg/ml范围内,腐霉利呈现良好的线性关系(r>0.99),检出限为0.003 mg/kg,回收率90.7%~92.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.3%。结论所建方法灵敏、准确,适用性强,可以快速、准确地分析西洋参中的腐霉利含量。Objective To establish a GC-MS method for the determination of procymidone in Panacis quinquefolii radix.Methods After Panacis quinquefolii radix medicinal materials were extracted and purified by QuEChERS,the content of procymidone in Panacis quinquefolii radix medicinal materials was determined by GC-MS and quantified by external standard curve method.Results Procymidone had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5-10μg/ml(r>0.99).The limit of detection was 0.003 mg/kg and the recovery was 90.65%-92.63%,with RSDs no more than 6.3%.Conclusion This method is rapid,accurate and sensitive,and can be used for the determination of procymidone in Panacis quinquefolii radix.
