摘 要:目的改进大山楂片的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法以山楂对照药材和熊果酸对照品为对照。采用硅胶G薄层板,以环己烷-二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-冰醋酸(20:5:8:0.1)为展开剂,喷以10%硫酸乙醇溶液,在105℃加热至斑点显色清晰,可见光检视。结果改进的薄层色谱鉴别方法斑点显色清晰,分离度好,阴性样品无干扰。结论改进的薄层色谱鉴别方法简单可行、专属性强、重现性好、结果可靠,可替代原标准用于大山楂片的薄层色谱鉴别。Objective To improve the thin layer chromatography(TLC)identification method of Dashanzha Tablets.Methods Crataegi fructus reference crude drug and ursolic acid reference substance were used as controls.Silica gel G thin layer plate was used with cyclohexane-methylene dichloride-ethyl acetate-glacial acetic acid(20:5:8:0.1)as the developing solvent.The plate was sprayed with 10%sulfuric acid ethanol solution,then was heated at 105℃until the spots showed clear color.Then the spots were detected under visible light.Results The spots identified by the improved TLC method were clear,the separation was good and the negative sample had no interference.Conclusion The improved TLC identification method is simple,feasible,specific,reproducible and reliable,and can replace the method listed in original standard for TLC identification of Dashanzha Tablets.
