摘　　要：目的综合分析目前中药类保健食品的市场现状,探究其在发展中存在的问题,分析不足并提出对应建议,以期为行业健康发展提供科学依据。方法基于SWOT-PEST分析法,对我国中药类保健食品在政治法律、经济、社会文化、技术方面存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行归纳研究。结果中药类保健食品市场发展优势与机会明显,但也存在短板,如缺乏相适应的安全性评价技术体系,功能剂型较为单一,质量控制、监管管理体系尚未健全等。结论应加快制定符合中药类保健食品的评价规范,在中医药理论指导下研发多样化产品,建立科学质量控制体系和全程监管机制。Objective To comprehensively analyze the current status of Chinese traditional medicine health food market,explore the problems in its development,analyze the deficiencies and put forward corresponding suggestions,in order to provide scientific basis for the healthy development of the industry.Methods Based on the SWOT-PEST analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Chinese traditional medicine health food in terms of political,legal,economic,social,cultural and technological aspects were summarized and studied.Results There were obvious advantages and opportunities for the development of Chinese traditional medicine health food market,but there were also shortcomings,such as the lack of a suitable safety evaluation technical system,the singularity of function and dosage form,and the lack of well-developed regulatory management system.Conclusion It is necessary to expedite the formulation of evaluation specifications for Chinese traditional medicine health foods,develop diversified products under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory,and establish scientific quality control system and a full-process supervision mechanism.
