全瓷全冠与高嵌体在磨牙严重缺损修复中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较全瓷全冠与高嵌体在磨牙严重缺损修复中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年2月本院收治的80例磨牙严重缺损患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受全瓷全冠修复,观察组接受全瓷高嵌体修复。观察两组患者治疗前后牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数,评估患者修复效果以及修复满意度。结果两组患者治疗前后牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数比较差异无统计学意义。观察组修复成功率为100.00%,高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。观察组修复满意度为92.50%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。结论全瓷全冠与高嵌体均可改善磨牙严重缺损患者口腔健康,但全瓷高嵌体修复成功率和患者修复满意度更高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the effect of all ceramic crowns and onlays in the restoration of severe molar defects.Methods 80 patients with severe molar defect in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was received all ceramic crown restoration,and the observation group was received all ceramic onlay restoration.The gingival index and gingival sulcus bleeding index of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the repair effect and satisfaction of patients were evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in gingival index and sulcus bleeding index between the two groups before and after treatment.The repair success rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The repair satisfaction of observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion All ceramic crowns and onlays can improve the oral health of patients with severe molar defects,but the success rate and patient repair satisfaction of all ceramic onlays is higher,which is worthy of clinical application.
