小剂量尿激酶联合尤瑞克林对进展性脑梗死患者病情控制及神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨应用小剂量尿激酶联合尤瑞克林对进展性脑梗死患者病情控制及对神经功能的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月本院收治的进展性脑梗死患者92例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组行常规治疗及小剂量尿激酶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合尤瑞克林治疗,评价比较两组神经功能及病情控制效果。结果治疗前及治疗1 d,两组NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后7 d、14 d,观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为91.30%,高于对照组的76.09%(P<0.05)。结论小剂量尿激酶联合尤瑞克林治疗进展性脑梗死,可改善患者神经功能,利于控制病情,获得满意疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose urokinase combined with Ureklin on the disease control and improvement of neurological function in patients with progressive cerebral infarction.Methods 92 patients with progressive cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects,they were randomly divided into two group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and low-dose of urokinase,and the observation group was treated with Ureklin on the basis of control group,to evaluate the neurological function and disease control effect of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment and treatment 1 d NIHSS score,7,14 d after treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the observation group was 91.30%,which was significantly higher than 76.09%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The choice of low-dose urokinase combined with Ureklin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction can promote the further improvement of the neurological function of the patients,which is beneficial to the good control of the condition and obtain satisfactory results.
