摘 要:人才是企业发展中非常重要的战略性资源。上海地铁维护保障有限公司供电分公司的培训体系以供电专业类技术人才为人才培养的核心基础,结合党务及管理类培训为公司战略发展搭建人才梯队。分析了专业技术人才需求现状,介绍了差异化培训体系结构、差异化培训形式和差异化培训手段。该差异化培训机制以员工差异化培训为探索方向,以“对象差异化”划分培训群体,以“手段差异化”来制定培训方案,为不同层次、不同类别的职工进行差异化培训,成效显著。Talents are very important strategic resources for the development of enterprises.The training system of Power Supply Branch of Shanghai Rail Transit Maintenance Support Company takes the power supply professional technical talents as the core basis of talent training,and builds the talent echelons for the strategic development of the company in combination with party affairs and management training.In this paper,the current demand for talents is analyzed,the structure,form and means of differentiation training are introduced.The training system takes differentiated training for employees as the exploration direction,dividing training groups by"object differentiation",developing training programs by"means differentiation"to carry out differentiated training for employees of different levels and categories.Practice shows that the training mechanism performs well.
