摘　　要：海南民俗文化是海南历史的“见证者”和“活化石”,是海南人民创造的宝贵精神和文化财富。在“一带一路”背景下,深入推进海南民俗文化跨文化传播的创新战略,不仅有助于推进海南国际人文交流,促进民心相同、文化相融,还可以显著提升海南文化的国际影响力。通过开展对海南民俗文化、“一带一路”沿线国家文化的研究、加强对话与倾听、借助多元化传播手段,建立专业化人才队伍等多种文化传播途径,有效实现新时代海南民俗文化的跨文化传播。Hainan folk culture is the“witness”and“living fossil”of Hainan history,which is the precious spiritual and cultural wealth created by Hainan people.Under the background of the“Belt and Road”,the further promotion of the innovative strategy of cross-cultural communication of Hainan folk culture is helpful not only to boost the international cultural exchanges in Hainan and facilitate the unity of people and cultural integration,but also to enhance the international influence of Hainan culture.Studying the cultures of Hainan and the countries along the line of“Belt and Road”,intensifying conversation and listening,developing diversified communication and establishing a professional team help exploring a sustainable advancing road for realizing the cross cultural communication of Hainan folk culture in the new era.
