摘　　要：MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类可调控基因表达的内源性非编码单链小分子RNA,参与调控细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、侵袭、转移和耐药等多种生物学行为。研究表明,miRNAs与食管癌密切相关,不同来源的miRNAs在食管癌的发生发展过程中发挥着调控癌基因或抑癌基因表达的作用,miRNAs与临床预后相关的研究报道逐年增多,本文就食管癌预后相关的miRNAs研究进展做一综述,介绍其在食管癌发生和发展中的作用,分析miRNAs作为判断食管癌预后生物标志物和确定新的药物靶点的潜在作用。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a kind of endogenous non-coding single stranded RNAs that can regulate gene expression.They are involved in the regulation of cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis,drug resistance and other biological behaviors.Studies have shown that miRNAs are closely related to esophageal cancer,which play roles in the regulation of oncogene or tumor suppressor gene expression during the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.More and more miRNAs related to prognosis have been found.In this paper,we review the research progress of miRNAs related to the prognosis of esophageal cancer,introduce their roles in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer,and analyze the potential role of miRNAs as prognostic biomarkers and new drug targets for esophageal cancer.
