高质量发展背景下高校异地办学的问题及策略分析

摘　　要：高校异地办学是高校和地方政府共性和个性利益追求下的“共赢”驱动行为。大规模的高校异地办学机构的兴起,也带来了管理不规范等若干问题,教育部因此不断缩紧有关异地办学的相应政策。高校异地办学要加强规范管理、做好顶层设计、谋划发展新思路,切实推动高等教育高质量发展和地方经济发展水平有效提升。Universities running schools in other places is a“winwin”driving behavior under the pursuit of common and individual interests between universities and local governments.As running schools in other places have brought about a number of problems such as irregular management,the Ministry of Education has continuously tightened relevant policies.Universities running schools in other places should strengthen standardized management,do a good job in top-level design,plan new ideas for development,and effectively promote the high-quality development of higher education and the improvement of local economic development.
