课程思政教学设计及其价值实现——以“管理学原理”课程为例

摘　　要：课程思政是一种全新的课程观,期待学习者通过课程学习实现知识、能力与道德、价值、精神的内在融合。实施课程思政,要从目标、内容、教学实施和评价四个维度进行整体设计。“管理学原理”课程以决策、组织、领导、控制、创新五大管理职能为主线,充分把握课程内容学术性与育人目标价值性的统一,构筑课程思政价值链。基于课程思政教学设计的四维度逻辑框架,以“危机应对”知识单元为例,确定思政育人目标,筛选恰当的思政案例,实施恰当的教学活动,引导学生探究、体验与反思,使学习者在知识建构中获得价值浸润与德性培养。Ideological and political education in the curriculum is a new curriculum view,expecting learners to realize the internal integration of knowledge,ability and morality,value and spirit.The implementation of ideological and political education in the curriculum should be designed from four dimensions:objective,content,teaching implementation and evaluation.In the“Principles of Management”course,it is necessary to take the five management functions of decision making,organization,leadership,control and innovation as the main line,fully grasp the unity of academic content and educational value,and construct the ideological and political value chain of the course.Based on the four-dimensional logical framework,taking the unit of“crisis response”as an example,the goal of ideological and political education is determined,appropriate cases are selected,and appropriate teaching activities are implemented to guide students to explore,experience and reflect,so that learners can obtain value infiltration and moral cultivation in the process of knowledge construction.
