摘 要:为提高碳纳米管(CNTs)与Cu基体的界面润湿性,改善CNTs与Cu基体之间的分散性与结合力,制备具有导电性能优良的铜复合浆料,选用粒径1μm和10μm的粒度级配铜粉作主导电相,少量镀铜CNTs为导电增强相,以水基溶剂为载体,制备CNTs化学镀铜复合浆料。并确定CNTs化学镀铜最佳工艺,分析镀铜CNTs对浆料导电性能的影响及其导电机理。结果表明:CNTs经化学镀铜后,其表面镀覆一层连续、均匀且致密的铜颗粒,改善了CNTs与金属Cu之间的分散性和润湿性。镀铜CNTs可以充当连接铜粉介质,均匀地覆盖在铜粉表面,有效地填充和弥补铜颗粒间的连续性欠缺,管壁之间相互吸引且搭接在Cu颗粒之间,形成致密的导电网络。当铜粉∶镀铜CNTs质量比为96∶4时,复合浆料的导电性最优,有效提升了复合浆料的导电性能。In order to improve the interfacial wettability of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and Cu matrix,and to improve the dispersity and binding force between CNTs and Cu matrix,the copper composite paste with excellent electrical conductivity was prepared.Precisely,with the water-based solvent as the carrier,CNTs electroless copper-plated composite paste for CNTs was prepared through selecting copper powder with the grain size distributions of 1μm and 10μm as the primary conductive phase,and a small amount of copper-plated CNTs as the reinforcement phase of conductivity.Moreover,the optimum technology of electroless copper plating of CNTs is discussed using four-probe meter,SEM and XRD.Meanwhile,the influence of copper-plated CNTs on the paste conductivity is also studied for analyzing its conductive mechanism.The findings show that the surface of CNTs is plated with a layer of copper particles that are continuous,uniform and dense upon electroless copper plating,which is beneficial to the dispersibility and wettability between CNTs and metal Cu.Hence,copper-plated CNTs can be used as a medium for linking the copper powder,uniformly covering on the surface of the copper powder and effectively filling and making up for continuous deficiencies between copper particles.At the same time,the tube walls are mutually attracted and bridged between Cu particles to form a dense conductive network.When the mass ratio of copper powder to copper-plated CNTs is 96∶4,the conductivity of the composite paste reaches the optimum.Apparently,the copper-plated CNTs can effectively improve the conductivity of the composite paste.
