电子商务模式下高校办公用品采购管理的初步探索

摘　　要：将手工对账、信息化管理系统两种高校原有的办公用品采购管理模式与电子商务管理办公用品采购的模式进行分析和对比,发现使用电子商务管理高校办公用品的模式有明显的优势,不仅适应时代发展趋势,而且能够进一步规范高校办公用品采购管理,促进高校工作顺利高效的开展。还分析了制约高校采用电子商务模式管理办公用品采购的因素,并提出几点建议。Through analysing and comparing the management of office supplies in colleges,find out e-commerce solution has distinct advantage than manually and computer software system.E-commerce solution can adapt to the demand of the development of the age and regulate the management of office supplies in colleges.It also analyses the factor that will affect the management of office supplies in colleges under e-commerce solution and plan for the management processes.
