摘  要:新时代下的高职教育为培养更多高技术人才需推进产教融合、校企合作。通过剖析通信技术专业在优化专业结构、构建校内外校企合作实训基地、打造专兼职师资队伍、建设系统化校企合作课程体系、增强社会服务能力等方面的问题,研究产教融合、校企合作促进专业建设的有效运行机制,从而提升专业改革和协同育人水平,同时为推进职业教育产教融合、校企合作的其他高职院校提供借鉴。In the new era,in order to cultivate more high-tech talents,higher vocational education needs to promote the integration of production and education,school enterprise cooperation.By analyzing the problems of optimizing the professional structure,building the school enterprise cooperation training base inside and outside the school,building full-time and part-time teachers,building a systematic school enterprise cooperation curriculum system,and enhancing social service ability of communication technology major.In order to promote the professional construction,so as to improve the level of professional reform and collaborative education,the effective operation mechanism of integration of production and education,school enterprise cooperation is studied in this paper.At the same time it provides reference for other higher vocational colleges.
