摘  要:为优选出适用于海底岩芯取样钻机在浑浊海水环境下使用的柱塞式海水泵运动副材料,以共聚甲醛、改性PEEK与TC4钛合金配副以及2205双相不锈钢与陶瓷配副进行摩擦磨损性能研究,利用立式万能摩擦磨损试验机开展不同海底沉积物含量的海水环境介质下配对材料的摩擦磨损试验。结果表明,TC4-改性PEEK配副在纯海水环境下摩擦因数最小,而海底沉积物的存在使其摩擦因数增大,且有波动。TC4-共聚甲醛配副在纯海水环境下的初始摩擦因数比在含海底沉积物海水环境下的小,海底沉积物的存在会破坏TC4合金表面的氧化膜或污染膜的减磨作用。海底沉积物含量对2205双相不锈钢-陶瓷配副的摩擦因数影响不大。In order to optimize the materials suitable for kinematic pair of plunger-type seawater pump that is used in the seabed core sample drilling rig in turbid seawater environment,the friction and wear properties were studied for TC4 titanium alloy paired with copolymerized formaldehyde,TC4 titanium alloy paired with the modified PEEK,as well as 2205 duplex stainless steel paired with ceramic.Friction and wear tests were conducted for the paired materials by using a vertical universal friction and wear testing machine under the conditions of different sea water medium.The results show that TC4 paired with the modified PEEK can lead to the smallest friction factor in pure seawater environment,which,however,increases and fluctuates in the presence of seabed sediments.TC4 paired with copolymerized formaldehyde can lead to an initial friction factor in pure seawater smaller than that in seawater containing sediment,because the existence of seabed sediment can destroy the wear-reducing effect of oxide film or pollution film on the surface of TC4 alloy.However,the content of seabed sediment can bring little effect to the 2205 duplex stainless steel paired with ceramic.
