摘  要:通过添加钒钛取代磨球中的铬元素,考察了钒钛含量变化对磨球硬度、冲击韧性、耐磨性的影响。结果表明,V、Ti可替代部分Cr元素,当V、Ti加入量为0.5%、0.2%时,含钒钛高铬磨球的综合性能最佳,与常规高铬磨球相比,其冲击韧性提高13.3%、耐磨性提高36.4%,且硬度相当。The influence of vanadium-titanium content variation on the hardness,impact toughness and wear resistance of grinding ball was investigated by adding different contents of V and Ti to replace the Cr element in the grinding balls.The results show that V and Ti can replace part of Cr element.When the addition of V and Ti is at an amount of 0.5%and 0.2%respectively,the high-chromium and V-Ti containing grinding ball presents the best comprehensive performance.Compared with the conventional high-chromium grinding ball,it has an equivalent hardness,with the impact toughness increased by 13.3%and the wear resistance increased by 36.4%.
