摘  要:文章研究了不同淬火温度和回火温度对铬钼钢组织和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着回火温度的升高,试验钢的抗拉强度、伸长率和冲击功变化不大。屈服强度对于回火温度较为敏感,随温度的升高屈服强度明显下降。用该钢种调试C90钢级钢管采用合适的淬火温度为900~920℃,回火温度为690~710℃。In the paper,the effects of different quenching and tempering temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of chrome-molybdenum steel are studied.The results showed that the tensile strength,elongation and impact energy of test steel were not changed much with the tempering temperature increased.The yield strength was more sensitive to tempering temperature and it decreased with the temperature increased.The optimum quenching and tempering temperatures were 900~920℃and 690~710℃respectively for hardening and tempering C90 steel grade steel tube with this grade of steel.
