摘　　要：本文基于创新生态系统理论,运用案例分析方法,通过对林至科技的创新生态链进行分析,对创新生态链的内涵、特征以及作用做出了解释;同时发现,林至科技在创新资源整合的过程中,将理论、技术、材料、产品、市场五大要素分为知识和需求两个模块,借由材料这一要素将两者连接起来,进而形成创新生态链。In the natural ecosystem,organisms and the environment form a unified whole,and in this unified whole environment organisms and the environment influence and constrain each other and are in a relatively smooth dynamic equilibrium within a certain period of time.High technology is knowledge-intensive and high value-added,so it brings advantages such as high growth and low energy consumption to the industry,and promotes high-tech industry to become the leading industry developed and supported by countries.In the innovation activities of high tech enterprises,the"innovation ecosystem"will be generated between high-tech enterprises and other innovation subjects,high-tech enterprises and policy environment,which is similar to the natural ecosystem.In the innovation ecosystem,each innovation subject will form an innova⁃tion ecosystem chain that supports the whole ecosystem.In order to investigate the connotation,characteristics and role of innovation ecosystem and how to build an innovation ecosystem,this paper analyzes the innovation process of Guangdong Linzhi Science and Technology Group Co.based on innovation ecosystem theory and case study method.Firstly,to analyze the enterprise characteristics of high-tech enterprises,the enterprise characteristics of Guangdong Linzhi Science and Technology Group Co.are analyzed;secondly,by constructing the innovation eco-chain system of Guangdong Linzhi Science and Technology Group Co.,the innovation subjects,elements and characteristics of the innovation eco-chain are analyzed;finally,through the case study of the innovation eco-chain of Guangdong Linzhi Sci⁃ence and Technology Group Co.,the connotation,characteristics and roles of the innovation eco chain are summarized:①the innovation eco-chain is defined as a cooperation model centering on the leading enterprise,integrating innovation resources and implementing innovation behav⁃iors through cooperation with other innovation subjects.The biggest difference between innova⁃tion eco-chain and innovation ecosystem is t
