地方高职院校社区学院建设的探索与思考——以岳阳职业技术学院社区学院建设为例

摘　　要：社区学院起源于美国,具有转学教育、职业教育、技术培训和社区服务四种职能,与我国高等职业教育服务地方经济社会发展的办学定位具有较高的契合度。地方高职院校要充分发挥高校人才培养、科学研究、文化传承、社会服务的职能,应以社区学院建设为平台,丰富社区学院办学内涵,承担区域社区学院建设龙头作用,主动融入地方经济社会发展,服务社区、企业、家庭、居民,形成辐射带动作用,实现区域经济社会发展和高职院校特色发展双赢。Community colleges,which originated in the United States,usually have four functions of transfer education,vocational education,technical training and community service.The functions of community colleges are highly consistent with the orientation of higher vocational education in China to serve local economic and social development.Local higher vocational colleges should give full play to talents cultivation,scientific research,cultural heritage and social service function,should take the construction of community colleges as a platform to enrich the connotation of running community colleges and assume the leading role in the construction of regional community colleges,and should actively integrate into local economic and social development,serve communities,enterprises,families and residents,form a radiation leading role,and achieve a win-win situation between regional economic and social development and the characteristic development of higher vocational colleges.
