摘 要:通识教育是现代高等教育的题中应有之义,旨在促进人的全面发展。高职通识教育无论相较于普通本科的通识教育还是自身的专业教育,都显得意识淡薄、话语微弱、实践式微。究其原因,是因为高职通识教育存在“要不要”实施的争议、“该不该”实施的迷茫、“能不能”实施的困顿。高职要补齐通识教育短板,须确立“人格本位”的教育理念,注重道德品行、责任意识与人文情怀的培养;构建“三堂融通”的教育体系,实现课堂教学、课外活动与社会实践“三个课堂”合力育人;建设目标清晰、层次分明的通识课程体系;打造量足质优的师资团队;健全通识教育顺畅有效运行的保障机制。General education is the due meaning of modern higher education,which aims to promote the allround development of people.Higher vocational general education whether compared with ordinary undergraduate's general education or their own professional education,all appears to have weak consciousness,weak words and micro practical style.The reason is that there is a dispute of"whether"implementation of general education in higher vocational colleges,the confusion of the implementation of"whether",and the difficulty of"can"implementation.In order to make up for the shortcomings of general education,higher vocational education must establish the educational concept of"personality standard",pay attention to the cultivation of moral conduct,responsibility consciousness and humanistic feelings,build a"three integration"education system to realize classroom teaching,extracurricular activities and social practice"three classrooms"to educate people,build a clear system,build a teaching team with sufficient quality,and improve the guarantee mechanism for smooth and effective operation of general education.
