摘 要:目的探索新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间采取网络教学进行新生儿科实习教学的优势及可行性。方法对2020年2月至5月因受COVID-19疫情影响而采用网络授课教学进行新生儿科实习的北京协和医学院学生(网络组),以及2019年11月至2020年1月在儿科新生儿病房采取传统面授模式实习的北京协和医学院学生(对照组),发放教学质量评价系统(SETQ)问卷以及儿科应知应会项目自评表进行问卷调查;比较其调查结果,分析两组在教学质量和所学知识掌握情况的差异。结果网络组以及线下组在教学质量各方面差异均没有统计学意义;在所学知识掌握上,网络组在发病率较低的疾病、复杂临床操作以及辅助检查的判读更具优势(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿科实习教学方面,网络教学与面授教学各有千秋,优势互补。Objective To evaluate the strengthens and feasibility of network-based teaching for clinical training in neonatology during COVID-19 pandemic.Methods Because of COVID-19 pandemic,the interns of Peking Union Medical College Hospital accepted the network-based teaching in the training of neonatology from February to May 2020.Compared with those who received traditional training from November 2019 to January 2020,the Systematic Evatuation of Teaching Quality(SETQ)questionnaire and Pediatric Voluntary Self-assessment Forms were conducted to evaluate the quality of teaching and of knowledge mastery.Results There were no significant differences in teaching quality between two groups.While network-based teaching has favored knowledge mastery for rare diseases,complicated clinical operation and the interpretation of auxiliary examinations(P<0.05).ConclusionsNetwork-based teaching and the traditional pathway have their strengthens respectively and can be complementary in the intern training of neonatology.
