摘　　要：目的 对中少量高血压脑出血予以神经内镜与立体定向手术治疗,对比分析神经内镜与立体定向手术治疗的应用价值。方法 选择中少量高血压脑出血患者100例,选择时间为2016年12月至2020年12月,行不同的治疗方式:神经内镜结合小骨窗术治疗、立体定向手术治疗,对应组别:研究组、对照组。经SPSS21.0软件分析组间的住院时长、治疗费用、生活质量评分。结果 研究组的住院时长(15.22±2.33)d、治疗费用(1.32±0.33)万元,经SPSS 21.0软件分析发现低于对照组,且研究组的生活质量评分为(89.22±2.33)分高于对照组的(70.66±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 神经内镜手术治疗中少量高血压脑出血的应用价值显著,能够改善患者的生活质量,并缩短患者的住院时长和降低治疗费用。Objective To treat moderate and small amount of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by neuroendoscopy and stereotactic surgery,and to compare and analyze the application value of neuroendoscopy and stereotactic surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with moderate and small amount of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected from December 2016 to December 2020,and were treated differently:the study group was treated with neuroendoscopy combined with small bone window surgery,while the control group was treated with stereotactic surgery.The SPSS 21.0 software was used to systematically analyze and compare the length of stay,treatment cost and quality of life scores between the two groups.Results According to analysis with the SPSS 21.0 software,the length of stay in the study group(15.22±2.33)d and treatment cost(1.32±0.33)ten thousands yuan were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life score of the study group(89.22±2.33)points was higher than that of the control group(70.66±3.21)points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of neuroendoscopic surgery in the treatment of moderate and small amount of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is significant,which can improve the quality of life of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the treatment cost.
