摘  要:目的探讨血清二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸及内毒素在精神分裂症患者肠道屏障损伤评估中的作用。方法选取精神分裂症患者296例(精神分裂症组)、体检健康者99名(正常对照组),检测血清二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸及内毒素水平。将296例精神分裂症患者按年龄(≤51岁、>51岁)和性别分别分组。结果精神分裂症组血清二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸及内毒素水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。精神分裂症组≤51岁者与>51岁者之间、男性与女性之间血清二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸及内毒素水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸和内毒素可作为评估精神分裂症患者肠道屏障功能的指标。Objective To investigate the roles of serum diamine oxidase,D-lactic acid and endotoxin in the assessment of intestinal barrier injury in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 296 schizophrenia patients and 99 healthy subjects were enrolled,and serum diamine oxidase,D-lactic acid and endotoxin levels were determined. The 296 schizophrenia patients were classified according to ages(≤51-year-old and >51-year-old groups) and sex. Results The levels of serum diamine oxidase,D-lactic acid and endotoxin in schizophrenia group were higher than those in healthy control group(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in serum diamine oxidase,D-lactic acid and endotoxin between ≤51-year-old and >51-year-old groups and between males and females(P>0.05). Conclusions Serum diamine oxidase,D-lactic acid and endotoxin can be used to assess the intestinal barrier function in patients with schizophrenia.
