摘　　要：合法性是大企业吸引不同利益主体参与平台型创业生态系统的必要条件。立足大企业视角,遵循"制度创业诱因-制度创业策略-合法性获取"的逻辑结构,利用纵向嵌套式案例研究方法总结提炼出大企业平台型创业生态系统合法性的获取路径。研究结果表明,受大企业自身特质、制度矛盾以及外部环境等因素驱动,大企业平台型创业生态系统合法性的获取是动态演进的:首先通过话语策略、组织策略、资源策略获取内部合法性;其次通过组织策略、资源策略获取联盟合法性、关系合法性和市场合法性;最后通过资源策略、规范策略获取社会合法性。多种合法性动态互动共同推进大企业平台型创业生态系统实现可持续健康发展。Legitimacy is a necessary condition for a large enterprise to attract different stakeholders to participate in the platform entrepreneurial ecosystem led by itself. From the perspective of the large enterprise, this paper follows the logic of "institutional entrepreneurship incentives — institutional entrepreneurship strategies — legitimacy acquisition", summarizes and refines the path to obtain the legitimacy of platform-based entrepreneurial ecosystem by using the longitudinal nested case study method. The results show that, driven by the characteristics of large enterprises, institutional contradictions and external environment, the legitimacy acquisition of platform-based entrepreneurial ecosystems dominated by the large enterprise is in a dynamic evolution. Firstly, the internal legitimacy can be obtained through the discourse, organization and resource strategies. Then, the legitimacy of alliance, relationship and the market can be obtained through organization and resource strategies;Finally, the social legitimacy can be obtained through resource and normative strategies. In addition, under the dynamic interaction of kinds of various legitimacy, the sustainable and healthy development of platform-based entrepreneurial ecosystems dominated by the large enterprise can be realized.
