医学生体育锻炼、情绪调控与自杀意念的关系研究

摘　　要：目的调查医学生体育锻炼现状、自杀意念现状,探讨医学生体育锻炼、自杀意念和情绪调控之间的关系。方法采用自杀意念量表(PANSI)、情绪调控问卷、体育锻炼等级量表(PARS-3)对福建省某医学高校1213名医学生进行调查。结果医学生自杀意念检出率为12.45%,在性别、年级、生源地上不存在显著性差异;医学生体育锻炼与情绪调控之间呈显著正相关(r=0.101,p<0.01),体育锻炼与自杀意念之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.101,p<0.01),情绪调控与自杀意念之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.407,p<0.01);情绪调控在体育锻炼与自杀意念之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应比例为40.1%。结论医学生体育锻炼水平较低。体育锻炼可直接影响医学生的自杀意念水平,也可通过情绪调控的中介作用间接影响其自杀意念水平。Objective To investigate the current situation of physical exercise and suicidal ideation and explore the relationship between physical activity,suicidal ideation and emotion regulation in medical students.Methods A random sample of 1213 college students from a medical university in Fujian Province was investigated using the Positive and Negative Suicide Ideation(PANSI),the emotion regulation questionnaire and the Physical Activity Scale-3(PARS-3).Results①The detection rate of suicidal ideation among medical students was 12.45%.There is no significant difference in the suicidal ideation of medical students in gender,grade,and source place,and there is a significant difference in whether they are only children,whether they are student cadres,and their grades ranking.②For Medical students,physical activity were positively related with emotional regulation(r=0.101,p<0.01),negatively related with suicidal ideation(r=-0.101,p<0.01),emotional regulation were negatively related with suicidal ideation(r=-0.407,P<0.01).③Emotional regulation mediated the relationship between physical activity and suicidal ideation,which accounted for 40.7%of the total effects.Conclusion Medical students are lack of physical exercise,emotional moren than other,regulation partially mediates the relationship between physical activity and suicidal ideation.
