摘  要:研究目的:为了找出目前我国女子跳远运动员技术存在的问题,并为其动作技术训练提供一定的理论依据和数据参考。研究方法:文献资料法、三维录像解析法和数理统计法。研究结果:最后两步助跑阶段:陆敏佳、许小令、钟嘉未和邹畅的步长差值分别为0.11m、0.06m、0.09m和0.06m。陆敏佳、王庆铃、郑艳和史诗最后两步助跑的步频都为4.55步/s和5.00步/s,陈水清最后两步助跑的步频为4.17步/s和5.00步/s,许小令、钟嘉未和邹畅三名运动员的步频都为4.17步/s和4.55步/s。T3时刻,陆敏佳的重心水平速度为8.62m/s。研究结论:陆敏佳、许小令、钟嘉未和邹畅的步长差值在合理范围内,其余四名运动员在控制步长稳定性方面表现不太理想。八名运动员步频变化符合跳远技术的发展规律。上板重心水平速度偏小是八名运动员共同存在的问题,最后两步助跑的步长和步频与运动员自身身体形态和技术风格有关。Research purposes:In order to find out the technical problems of Chinese women's long jumpers,and provide certain theoretical basis and data reference for their movement technique training.Research methods:literature data method,three-dimensional video analysis method and mathematical statistics method.Research results:The last two steps:Lu Minjia,Xu Xiaoling,Zhong Jiawei and Zou Chang's step length difference is 0.11m,0.06m,0.09m and 0.06m,respectively.The cadence frequencies of Lu Minjia,Wang Qingling,Zheng Yan and the last two steps of the epic are 4.55 steps/s and 5.00 steps/s.Chen Shuiqing’s cadence frequencies of the last two steps are 4.17 steps/s and 5.00 steps/s.Xu Xiaoling and Zhong Jia The cadences of the three athletes Wei and Zou Chang are 4.17 steps/s and 4.55 steps/s.At T3,Lu Minjia's center of gravity horizontal velocity was 8.62m/s.Research conclusion:The step length differences of Lu Minjia,Xu Xiaoling,Zhong Jiawei and Zou Chang are within a reasonable range,and the remaining four athletes are not very satisfactory in controlling the step length stability.The eight athletes'step frequency changes are in line with the development law of long jump technology.The low horizontal speed of the center of gravity on the board is a common problem for eight athletes.The length and frequency of the last two approach runs are related to the athlete's own physical shape and technical style.
