摘 要:运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对动态知识观和PCKg进行阐释,结合动态知识观理论成果,对体育教师PCKg中的学科内容知识、关于学生的知识、教育情境知识和教学法知识四个方面进行解析;并以此为基础,提出动态知识观下体育教师PCKg的发展策略:深化教材内容结构,探寻知识发展的前瞻性;重视学生的主体地位,关注其个性特征;重视各种教育情境,培养学生的联动意识;选择科学的教育方法,注重实践与反思过程。Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper explains the dynamic view of knowledge and pckg.Combined with the theoretical results of dynamic view of knowledge,this paper analyzes the subject content knowledge,students'knowledge,educational situation knowledge and teaching method knowledge of physical education teachers'pckg;On this basis,this paper puts forward the development strategy of physical education teachers'pckg under the dynamic view of knowledge:deepen the content structure of teaching materials and explore the foresight of knowledge development;Pay attention to the main position of students and their personality characteristics;Pay attention to various educational situations and cultivate students'linkage consciousness;Choose scientific educational methods and pay attention to the process of practice and reflection.
