基于虚拟实验班的财经类高校国际组织人才培养探索

摘　　要：本文首先简述国内外国际组织人才培养的特点,并分析国内不同高校培养国际组织人才的基本方式;然后结合财经类高校学科布局相对集中、学科特色鲜明的特点,提出基于财经类高校专业优势,通过系统整合资源,科学选拔优秀的学生,打造国际组织人才培养虚拟实验班,以促进财经类高校国际组织人才的培养;最后以西南财经大学的国际组织人才培养虚拟实验班为例,论述本硕衔接、海内外协同,开展三阶段、三导师、三语言建设的培养体系和实验班取得的初步成果,从而进一步探索具有财经特色的国际组织人才培养模式。First,this paper briefly describes the characteristics and ways of cultivating talents for international organizations at home and abroad,and analyzes the basic ways of cultivating talents for international organizations in different domestic universities.Then,combining with the characteristics of relative concentration of discipline distribution and distinct features of disciplines in universities of finance and economics,the paper proposes that based on the professional advantages of universities of finance and economics,the integration of superior resources and the scientific selection of students,virtual experimental classes for the cultivation of talents for international organizations can be built to promote the cultivation of talents for international organizations in universities of finance and economics.Finally,taking the virtual experimental class for the cultivation of talents for international organizations in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics as an example,the paper discusses its training system of three stages,three tutors and three languages construction through the combination between the Bachelor and Master programmes,the international collaboration,and the preliminary results achieved by the experimental class.
