摘  要:提出了一种以柔性PDMS为基底的柔性微带天线的制作。利用Ansys HFSS软件对设计的天线进行了结构和辐射方向的仿真;通过对PDMS的制备及磁控溅射工艺完成了柔性微带天线的制备;对柔性天线进行了电性能和机械性能的测试。当对柔性天线进行拉伸测试时,中心频率的波动范围保持7.61~7.85 GHz;当对柔性天线进行弯曲测试时,中心频率均保持在7.61 GHz附近;当对柔性天线进行辐射性能测试时,实测中最大辐射方向的增益高达4 dB,与仿真结果基本一致,达到了良好的效果。A flexible microstrip antenna based on flexible PDMS is proposed.Firstly,the structure and radiation direction of the designed antenna are simulated by using the software of Ansys HFSS.Then,the fabrication of the flexible microstrip antenna is completed by the preparation of PDMS and magnetron sputtering technology.Finally,the electrical and mechanical properties of the flexible antenna are tested.When the flexible antenna is tested in tension,the fluctuation range of the center frequency is always 7.61~7.85 GHz;when the flexible antenna is tested in bending,the center frequency is kept around 7.61 GHz;when the flexible antenna is tested in radiation performance,the gain of the maximum radiation direction in the measurement is up to 4 dB,which is basically consistent with the simulation results,and achieves good results.
