摘　　要：文章探讨根管治疗一次法和两次法清除感染根管内细菌的能力,观察其疗效。结果显示,根管治疗一次法和两次法清除根管内细菌的能力及治疗效果相当,但一次法可显著减少治疗时间和费用。This paper discussed the ability of one-time and two-time root canal therapy to remove bacteria in infected root canals,and observed its curative effect.The results showed that the ability and therapeutic effect of one-time root canal therapy and two-time root canal therapy were the same,but one-time root canal therapy could reduce the treatment time and cost.
