摘　　要：涤/黏混纺纱具有良好的服用性能,以中长阳离子涤纶与黏胶按照90/10的比例混纺48tex纱线。探讨了紧密赛络纱的生产工艺,包括原料的选配,开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工艺参数的选择,详细分析了细纱工序中问题纱的形成原因及采取的措施。生产实践表明,所纺纱线的各项指标完全达标。The medium length polyester/viscose blended yarn has good wearability.The medium length cationic T/R 90/1048 tex is.taken as an example,and the production process of compact-siro yarn is discussed,including the selection of raw materials,opening and cleaning,carding,drawing,roving,spinning and winding processes.The problems in spinning process in detail and the effective measures are analyzed.Finally,all yarn indexes are up to the standard.
