摘 要:采用以二氧化硅为外壁的中空介孔结构茉莉花精油微胶囊对丝织物进行功能整理,探讨基于微胶囊技术开发香味丝织物的可行性。研究结果表明:整理后,茉莉花精油微胶囊能够均匀分布于丝织物表面,丝织物的悬垂系数、透气率与折痕回复性均有不同程度的下降,力学性能有一定程度的上升,但相对变化幅度较小;经自然暴露、水洗与摩擦后,织物依然有较高的精油保有量,缓释效果良好。认为,利用该工艺制备负载茉莉花精油微胶囊的香味丝织物具有较强的可行性。Jasmine flower essential oil microcapsule of hollow mesoporous structure with silica as the outer wall is used as to finish the silk fabrics to study the feasibility of developing scented fabric based on microcapsule technology. The results show that jasmine essential oil microcapsule could be evenly distributed on the surface of silk fabrics after finishing, and the drape coefficient, ventilation property and crease recovery of silk fabric all decrease to different degrees, and the mechanical properties increase to a certain extent, but the change range is relatively small. After natural exposure, washing and rubbing, the essential oil quantity of the finished silk fabrics is still high, and the sustained-release effect is good. It is concluded that it is feasible to develop scented silk fabrics loaded with jasmine essential oil microcapsule by this process.
