摘　　要：高炉金属料是钢铁企业重要的生产物资。通过对首钢股份金属料质量检测现状及存在不足的分析,结合行业内金属料的检测业务流程,提出采用人工智能技术,将工业机器人、自动化控制系统、自动化取制样系统、自动化传输系统、自动化检测技术大量应用于冶金行业高炉用金属料质量检测中。以首钢股份高炉金属料全自动化检测设备的集成与应用为例来阐述从原料的取-制-送-分析全流程全自动化过程,这对冶金企业原燃料全自动化检测发展将是一场新的产业变革,值得更加深入的研究和推广应用。Blast furnace metal material is an important production material for iron and steel enterprises.Through the analysis of the current situation of metal material quality inspection and the existing shortcomings of Shougang Co.,Ltd.,combined with the inspection business process of metal material in the industry,the application of artificial intelligence technology is put forward.Industrial robots,automatic control system,automatic sampling system,automatic transmission system and automatic detection technology are widely used in the quality detection of metal materials for blast furnace in metallurgical industry.The integration and application of fully automatic detection equipment for blast furnace metal material in Shougang Co.,Ltd.is taken as an example to elaborate the fully automatic process of the whole process of raw material taking,making,sending and analyzing,which will be a new industrial revolution for the development of the fully automatic inspection of raw materials and fuels in metallurgical enterprises,and is worth further research and application.
