摘  要:高炉煤气干法布袋除尘灰位检测的设计是该系统仪控设计工作的一个要点。着重从工程设计角度,分析研究了现有工程中灰位检测方法存在的问题及部分认识上的误区,以及投产项目中干法布袋除尘系统中相关仪表信号历史趋势,提出了利用高、低灰位温度与筒体温度的梯度差异实现对煤气灰灰位检测,并融合灰罐压力信号作为除尘器自动输灰停止的判别信号,达到经济有效地检测干法除尘灰位的目的。为了达到该目的,文中给出了仪表选型、安装接口设计、PLC程序设计等具体工程设计细节。工程试验表明,该方法原理简单、效果显著。The design of dust level detection for blast furnace gas(BFG)dry bag filter system is a key point in its design of instrument and control system.From the perspective of engineering design,the problems and some misunderstandings of dust level detection methods in the current project are analyzed and studied,and the historical trends of relevant instrument signals in this system are carefully observed and studied,and then it is proposed to use the gradient difference between high and low dust level temperature and cylinder temperature to realize the detection of gas dust level,and integrate the pressure signal of dust tank as the judgment signal of automatic dust conveying stop signal,so as to achieve the purpose of economic and effective dust level detection.In order to achieve the purpose,engineering design details such as instrument selection,installation interface design,PLC program design and other specific are given.The engineering test shows that the principle of this method is simple and the effect is remarkable.
