摘 要:科研创新能力是衡量研究生培养质量和学业水平的重要考核指标,直接反映了研究生的教育质量水平。文章选取部分地方高校电气信息类硕士研究生为对象,开展了“地方高校工科硕士生科研创新能力培养”的问卷调查。从工科硕士生的考研动机及对所学专业的接纳程度、科研创新意识、科研创新成果等方面考察了地方高校工科硕士生科研创新能力的现状。调查显示:现行的考试制度、硕士生自身的素质以及培养模式等因素均不同程度地影响着工科硕士生的科研创新能力。The ability of scientific research innovation is an important assessment indicator to measure the quality of postgraduate education and academic level,which directly reflects the level of educational quality.In this paper,a questionnaire survey on the Cultivation of Scientific Research and Innovation Ability of Engineering Master Students in Local Universities was conducted on the master students majoring in Electrical Information.It investigates the current situation of the scientific research innovation ability of the local universities’engineering master students from the aspects of their motivation to take postgraduate entrance exams,their degree of acceptance of the major,their consciousness of scientific research innovation,and their achievements of scientific research innovation.The results show that the current examination system,the quality of the master students and the training mode have distinct level of influence on the scientific research innovation ability of the master students.
