摘　　要：胃结肠瘘的发病率极低,且由胰腺癌导致的胃结肠瘘在临床上更是罕见。现通过1例胃结肠瘘的病例分析,结合国内外文献的学习,进一步学习胃肠瘘的病因、临床表现、诊断以及治疗,以期提高临床医师对该病的认识。The incidence of gastrocolic fistula is very low,and gastrocolic fistula caused by pancreatic cancer is rare in clinic.To investigate the etiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of gastrocolic fistula,and to improve clinicians’understanding of the disease,one case of gastrocolic fistula was reported.
