摘　　要：胰腺癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有发病隐匿、侵袭性强、预后极差、死亡率高等特点,严重威胁着人类的生命健康。胰腺导管腺癌是其主要的病理类型。随着分子生物学与基因组学的不断发展,长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在胰腺癌病理生理过程中的作用越来越受到重视。本文就近年来lncRNA在胰腺癌中介导的细胞增殖与凋亡、上皮间充质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)、迁移与侵袭、维持肿瘤干细胞特性、化疗耐药等生物学行为以及预后的国内外研究作一概述,以期为胰腺癌的治疗提供新的思路。Pancreatic cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in our country.It has the characteristics of insidious onset,strong invasiveness,poor prognosis,and high mortality.It seriously threatens human’s life and health.Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma is the main pathological type.With the continuous development of molecular biology and genomics,the role of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)in the pathophysiological process of pancreatic cancer has received more and more attention.In this article,the biological behaviors of lncRNA mediated cell proliferation and apoptosis,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),migration and invasion,maintenance of tumor stem cell characteristics,chemotherapy resistance and other biological behaviors and prognosis in recent years were reviewed,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
