摘　　要：感染性动脉瘤虽然临床罕见,但病情凶险,然而其早期诊断却困难,邻近肠管主动脉瘤破裂可能发生肠瘘,继而发生致命性消化道出血,本文对1例因感染性髂总动脉瘤破裂-乙状结肠瘘致下消化道出血病例进行报道。Although the infectious aneurysm is clinically rare,but the disease is dangerous,and its early diagnosis is difficult,adjacent to the intestinal aortic aneurysm rupture may occur intestinal fistula,followed by fatal gastrointestinal bleeding,a case that infectious aneurysm rupture of common iliac artery-sigmoid intestinal fistula caused lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage was reported in this article.
