摘  要:应用平板UV喷墨打印机喷印的饰面软木地板色彩艳丽、纹理丰富、图案逼真;表面耐污染试验中无污染、腐蚀痕迹,表面耐磨性能≤0.08 g/100r,甲醛释放量≤0.124 mg/m^(3),符合LY/T 1657—2015《软木类地板》行业标准;所得软木地板光泽度在20Gu左右,属于亚光系列;漆膜附着力测试损坏率在5%~15%,15天暴晒后无明显失光和变色,耐光色牢度≥4级。The decorative cork flooring produced by flat inkjet printer combined with cork flooring production technology exhibited bright color,rich texture,and realistic pattern.There was no pollution and corrosion trace in the surface anti-pollution test,the surface wear resistance was less than 0.08 mg/100r,and the formaldehyde emission was less than 0.124 mg/m^(3),which met the industry standard of LY/T 1657~2015 cork flooring.The gloss of the obtained cork floor was about 20 GS,belonging to the matt series.The quality of finish was excellent and stable:the damage rate of film adhesion test was between 5%and 15%;there was no obvious loss of light and discoloration after 15 days of exposure and the light fastness was more than grade 4.
