摘　　要：目的观察小儿护理过程中应用肢体语言沟通对医嘱接受度、生活质量、护理满意度的影响。方法依照双盲法将我院儿科于2018年1月至2020年1月接收的126例患儿分为对照组(63例,应用常规护理)和观察组(63例,在常规护理基础上应用肢体语言沟通),对比两组医嘱接受度、生活质量、护理满意度。结果观察组患儿医嘱接受度为95.23%,高于对照组的82.54%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿心理健康、躯体健康、社会功能、环境适应量表评分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为1.59%,低于对照组的11.11%(P<0.05)。观察组护理纠纷发生率为0,对照组为7.94%(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分为(96.79±2.51)分,高于对照组的(90.34±3.18)分(P<0.05)。结论小儿护理过程中应用肢体语言沟通可有效提高护理依从性,改善生活质量,满足患儿家属对护理服务的要求,利于预防不良事件,降低护理纠纷发生率,提升护理质量的,具备临床借鉴效益。Objective To observe the effect of body language communication on the acceptance of orders,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the process of children's nursing.Methods According to the double-blind method,126 children who were received by our department of Pediatrics from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into two groups:the control group(63 cases,using routine nursing)and the observation group(63 cases,using body language communication on the basis of routine nursing),and the two groups were compared in terms of order acceptance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.Results The acceptability of medical advice was 95.23%in the observation group,higher than 82.54%in the control group(P<0.05).The mental health,physical health,social function,environmental adaptation scale score and nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was 1.59%in the observation group,lower than 11.11%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing disputes was 0.0%in the observation group,lower than 7.94%in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing quality,the score of observation group(96.79±2.51)points was higher than that of control group(90.34±3.18)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of body language communication in the process of pediatric nursing can effectively improve nursing compliance,improve quality of life,meet the requirements of children's family members for nursing services,and conducive to the prevention of adverse events,reduce the incidence of nursing disputes,and improve the quality of nursing,with clinical reference benefit.
