摘  要:试验研究低聚壳聚糖硒对蛋鸡生产性能、抗氧化功能及肠道菌群的影响。选取340日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡180只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只蛋鸡。C组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,OC-Se 1组和OC-Se 2组蛋鸡分别饲喂添加100 mg/kg和200 mg/kg低聚壳聚糖硒的日粮。预试期7 d,正式试验期42 d。结果显示,OC-Se 1组和OC-Se 2组的蛋鸡料蛋比均显著低于C组(P<0.05);OC-Se 1组的产蛋率显著高于C组(P<0.05);OC-Se 2组蛋鸡的产蛋率极显著高于C组(P<0.01)。OC-Se 1组和OC-Se 2组的蛋鸡血浆、鸡蛋总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、鸡蛋硒含量均极显著高于C组(P<0.01);OC-Se 1组和OC-Se 2组的蛋鸡血浆、鸡蛋丙二醛(MDA)含量均极显著低于C组(P<0.01)。OC-Se 1组和OC-Se 2组蛋鸡盲肠大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量均极显著低于C组(P<0.01);OC-Se 1组和OC-Se 2组蛋鸡盲肠双歧杆菌数量均极显著高于C组(P<0.01);OC-Se 2组蛋鸡盲肠乳酸菌数量极显著高于C组(P<0.01),OC-Se 1组蛋鸡盲肠乳酸菌数量显著高于C组(P<0.05)。研究表明,低聚壳聚糖硒具有改善蛋鸡的生产性能,增强蛋鸡血浆、鸡蛋的抗氧化功能,调节盲肠肠道菌群的作用,低聚壳聚糖硒的添加剂量以200 mg/kg为宜。The experiment studied the effect of oligochitosan selenium on production performance,antioxidant function and intestinal flora of laying hens.One hundred and eighty 340-day-old Hyline brown laying hens were selected and randomly divided into three groups with five replicates in each group and 12 laying hens in each replicate.The hens in group C were fed with basal diet,and hens in OC-Se group one and OC-Se group two were fed diets supplemented with 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg oligosaccharide selenium.The pre-test period lasted for 7 d and the trial period lasted for 42 d.The results showed that the feed-gain ratio in OC-Se group one and OC-Se group two were significantly lower than that of group C(P<0.05).The laying rate of OC-Se group one was significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05),the laying rate of OC-Se group two was extremely higher than that of group C(P<0.01).Plasma,egg T-AOC,GSH-Px levels and egg selenium content in OC-Se group one and OC-Se group two were extremely higher than those in group C(P<0.01).Plasma and egg MDA levels in OC-Se group one and OC-Se group two were extremely lower than those in group C(P<0.01).Escherichia coli and Salmonella counts in cecum in OC-Se group one and OC-Se group two were extremely lower than those in group C(P<0.01).The number of Bifidobacteria in cecum of laying hens in OC-Se group one and OC-Se group two was extremely higher than that in group C(P<0.01).The number of Lactobacillus in cecum of laying hens in OC-Se group two was extremely higher than that in group C(P<0.01),and the number of Lactobacillus in cecum of laying hens in OC-SE group one was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05).The results indicates that oligochitosan selenium can improve the production performance,elevate antioxidant function,regulate intestinal flora of laying hens,and the appropriate dosage of oligochitosan selenium in diet of laying hens feed was 200 mg/kg.
