摘　　要：构树种植面积广、粗蛋白含量高、生物产量高、营养物质丰富,含有多种生物活性成分,具有提升畜禽机体免疫力和品质的功能,在动物生产中得到广泛应用,已被农业农村部列入饲料原料目录。文章对构树的营养价值、加工方式、饲喂技术及在动物生产中的饲喂效果进行综述,为促进构树饲料化利用提供参考。Paper mulberry(Broussonetia papyrifera)with high crude protein,biological yield and rich nutrients,was widely planted in China,and contains a variety of biologically active ingredients.Paper mulberry can improve the immunity and quality of livestock and poultry.Also,paper mulberry has been widely used in animal production and was listed in the feed catalogue of agricultural feed materials by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.The article reviews the nutritional value,processing methods,feeding techniques and feeding effects of paper mulberry in animal production,and provide a reference for promoting the feed utilization of paper mulberry.
