摘　　要：对大麻纤维制备黏胶短纤维用浆粕的生产工艺进行了研究。通过单因素实验,确定了麻浆粕生产的蒸煮工艺参数为:用碱量22%,保温时间150 min,最高温度170℃。结合公司现有漂白工艺流程,可制备出符合行业标准的黏胶短纤维用麻浆粕,质量指标为:α-纤维素含量93.3%、黏度9.5 mPa.s、白度73%ISO、灰分0.21%、铁含量43 mg/kg。The preparation of viscose staple pulp from hemp fiber was studied.With single factor experimental,the cooking technological conditions of hemp fiber were as follows:alkali charge 22%,temperature holding time 150 min,the maximum temperature170℃.Combined with the company’s bleaching process,viscose staple pulp that meets the industry standard can be prepared.The quality indexes were:theα-cellulose content 93.3%,the viscosity 9.5 mpa·s,brightness 73%ISO,ash content 0.21%,and iron content 43 mg/kg.
