摘 要:选取450尾大鳞副泥鳅幼鱼,随机分成5组,每组设3次重复,每次重复30尾。分别饲喂基础饲料(对照组)以及添加50,100,150,200 mg/kg虾青素的试验饲料,进行为期8周的饲养试验。结果表明:当虾青素的添加量为100~200 mg/kg时,大鳞副泥鳅的末重和平均增重率高于对照组和50 mg/kg组(P<0.05),饲料效率和蛋白质效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。大鳞副泥鳅肠道蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活力在虾青素添加量为50~200 mg/kg时,均高于对照组(P<0.01),其中淀粉酶活力在200 mg/kg时,低于50 mg/kg和150 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。当虾青素的添加量为50~200 mg/kg时,大鳞副泥鳅的肠道T-SOD活性、CAT活性、GSH含量和GSH-Px活性均高于对照组(P<0.05),肠道MDA含量则低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验条件下,饲料中添加虾青素具有促生长和改善肠道消化酶和抗氧化能力的作用。Four hundred and fifty fishes were randomly assigned to five groups with three replicates and 30 fishes per replicate. The groups received the same basal diet supplemented with 0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 mg/kg astaxanthin, respectively. The feeding trial lasted for 8 weeks. Growth results showed that astaxanthin stimulated final weight, average weight gain rate, feed efficiency and protein efficiency when the addition level was 100-200 mg/kg(P<0.05). Protease, amylase and lipase activities of the intestinal tract increased when astaxanthin was added for 50-200 mg/kg(P<0.05),and amylase activity in 200 mg/kg group was lower than that of 50 and 150 mg/kg groups(P<0.05). Analysis of the intestinal tract antioxidant indexes showed that total superoxide gasification enzyme activity, catalase activity, glutathione content and glutathione peroxidase activity were increased with 50-200 mg/kg astaxanthin level(P<0.05), and content of malondialdehyde was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Under the current conditions, astaxanthin has the functions of promoting growth and improving digestive enzymes and antioxidant ability of the intestinal tract.
