摘  要:本文为探讨"线上+线下"相结合教学模式在大学体育课的应用,选取某高校60名女生进行为期16周的教学实验,将60名学生随机分为实验班(30人)、对照班(30人),实验班的学生进行"线上+线下"相结合的教学模式,对照班的学生进行传统体育课教学模式,分别对专项成绩、身体素质、体质健康指标、体育教学评价几个方面进行测评。结果显示:16周的教学干预,实验班的学生在专项成绩、体育理论成绩、身体素质部分指标(800米、仰卧起坐)、体质健康部分指标(肺活量)上对比对照班的学生均有大幅度的提高,具有显著性差异(p!0.05),在体育教学评价上,实验班的同学在课外体育锻炼频率、体育教学认可方面评价均高于对照班的同学。结论:"线上+线下"教学模式在大学体育课中有较高的实效性,值得推广借鉴。This article is to explore the application of"online + offline"combined teaching mode in university physical education. 60 female students from a college are selected for a 16-week teaching experiment,which are randomly divided into experimental class( 30 students) and control class( 30 students). Students in the experimental class carry out the teaching mode combining"online + offline",and the students in the control class carry out the traditional physical education teaching mode. Several aspects of teaching are evaluated on specific performance,physical quality,physical health indicators,and physical education teaching evaluation. The results show that during the 16-week teaching intervention,the students in the experimental class perform better in specific performance,theoretical physical education performance,physical fitness indicators( 800 meters,sit-ups),and physical fitness indicators( vital capacity) compared with those in the control class. The increase in the range is significantly different( p0. 05). In the evaluation of physical education,students in the experimental class have higher evaluations of extracurricular physical exercise frequency and recognition of physical education teaching than those in the control class. Conclusion: The"online + offline"teaching mode has high effectiveness in college physical education and is worth popularizing and using for reference.
