中华龙舟大赛男子组500米直道赛划桨技术的运动学分析  

Kinematics Analysis of Men’s Rowing Skill in the 500m Straight Race of Chinese Dragon Boat Copetition

摘　　要：对2019年中华龙舟大赛湖南芙蓉、江苏南京、广东佛山站的男子组500米直道赛领桨前三名的划桨选手三次现场双机同步二维平面拍摄,采用SIMI motion7.50生物力学分析系统分析,拟通过职业男子组500米直道赛水下划桨技术的运动学特征,研究出先进技术与规律科学的改进方向。综述结论:划桨法线角度入水越小,在抓水时将会产生狠、稳、准、快,此过程为加速过程,划桨对龙舟运行法线的夹角变小;桨频快、划幅大,划桨吃水力度深;桨频与桨幅调配合理;复位快,动作轻盈,身体上下幅度降低,稍保持前倾姿态,划桨幅度变小;空中回桨快,复位前行夹角速度变大,划桨幅度增大。直道赛前行加快,划桨幅度保持一致,划桨频率为中快桨频,与职业男子组500米直道赛划桨风格相符合。在位移与速度垂直保持的前提下,龙舟和人位移变化小,其主要是水平位移垂直、速度向上的方向上,平均速度为5.07m/s左右,T插水阶段:T拉水阶段:T出水阶段:T复位阶段=5:6:6:4,直道赛划桨周期为0.68秒左右。划桨运动是运动选手在动坐标上的动力姿态,与人在静坐标系的地面运动不同。The top three rowers in the men’s 500 m straight race in Furong,Jiangsu and Foshan stations in 2019 Chinese Dragon Boat Competition were photographed in two-dimensional plane with two cameras simultaneously for three times based on the kinematic characteristics of the underwater rowing technique in the 500 m straight race of the professional men ’s group,the improvement direction of the advanced skills and scientific law is studied through the kinematic analysis system analysis of motion 7. 50. Summary conclusion: the smaller the normal angle of the paddle into the water,the harder,more stable,accurate and faster the paddle will be. This process is an acceleration process. The angle between the paddle and the running normal of the dragon boat becomes smaller;the paddle frequency is fast,the stroke range is large,and the paddle draft is deep;the adjustment of oar frequency and paddle range is reasonable;the reset speed is fast,the movement is light,the body’s up and down range is reduced,the paddle range is reduced when the paddle is slightly tilted forward,and the paddle range is reduced.The speed of middle return paddle is faster,the angle speed before reset increases,and the stroke range increases.The rowing frequency is medium fast,which is consistent with the rowing style of professional men’s 500 m straight race. On the premise that the displacement and speed are kept vertically,the displacement of dragon boat and human is small. The average speed is about 5. 07 m/s in the vertical and upward direction of horizontal displacement. T water insertion stage: pull water stage: t water stage: t reset stage = 5: 6: 6: 4,and rowing cycle of straight race is about 0. 68 seconds. Rowing is the dynamic posture of athletes in dynamic coordinates,which is different from the ground motion of people in static coordinates.
