摘　　要：目的评估因卡膦酸二钠治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的疗效及安全性。方法回顾分析2016年1月至2019年12月就诊于上海长征医院肿瘤科经病理组织或细胞学检查确诊的伴有骨转移的恶性肿瘤患者,分为因卡膦酸二钠治疗组与唑来膦酸治疗组,分析2组患者经抗骨转移治疗后骨痛缓解情况、活动能改善情况以及不良反应发生率。结果本研究共纳入58例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,其中32例接受因卡膦酸二钠治疗,26例接受唑来膦酸治疗。因卡膦酸二钠治疗组骨痛缓解有效率为68.8%,活动能力改善有效率为50.0%,唑来膦酸治疗组分别为65.4%、46.1%,差异均无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.080,P=0.961;χ^(2)=0.105,P=0.949)。2组治疗不良反应谱相似,因卡膦酸二钠治疗组发热、乏力、肌痛、纳差等不良反应发生率均较唑来膦酸治疗组低,但差异均无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.880,P=0.089;χ^(2)=0.135,P=0.713;χ^(2)=2.530,P=0.111;χ^(2)=1.489,P=0.222)。结论因卡膦酸二钠与唑来膦酸用于恶性肿瘤骨转移的治疗,在骨痛缓解、活动能力改善方面相近,治疗不良反应谱相似,卡膦酸二钠治疗不良反应发生率有降低趋势。Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of incadronate in the patients with metastatic bone cancer.Methods A total of 58 patients with metastatic bone cancer pathologically diagnosed were included in this retrospective study,who were divided into two group:incadronate group and the zoledronic acid group.The bone pain remission rate,activity improvement rate as well as adverse events rate were evaluated between the two groups.Results In the incadronate group,the bone pain emission rate and activity improvement rate were 68.8%and 50%,were 65.4%and 46.1%in the zoledronic acid group(χ^(2)=0.080,P=0.961;χ^(2)=0.105,P=0.949).The adverse events rates including fever,weakness,myalgia and anorexia were relatively lower in the incadronate group than those in the zoledronic acid group,however,no any statistical difference could be observed between the two groups(χ^(2)=2.880,P=0.089;χ^(2)=0.135,P=0.713;χ^(2)=2.530,P=0.111;χ^(2)=1.489,P=0.222).Conclusion No significant difference in bone pain relief and activity improvement between incadronate and zoledronic acid,the spectrum of adverse events was similar,but the adverse events of incadronate was relatively lower.
